Ravent Booking is the largest company specializing in organizing performances by Russian-speaking artists throughout Europe - from Lisbon to Vilnius. They handle, among others, Slave Komissarenko, the world's most prominent Russian-speaking comedian, boasting over 200 million views on his YouTube channel.
The goal was to streamline the sales platform, making it more user-friendly. Simultaneously, there was a desire to give the brand a new visual identity that would capture the attention of potential clients. Achieving these objectives was intended to translate into increased profits through improved sales performance.
We took on the challenge of refreshing the brand's image. To accomplish this, we completely overhauled the color scheme of the online platform and adjusted the fonts to better align with the entertaining nature of the events organized. Additionally, we simplified the website interface to make the customer interaction more enjoyable, all of which was preceded by in-depth research into the target audience.
The ticket purchasing time decreased by 25%, resulting in customers finalizing their purchases more frequently. There was a significant increase in ticket sales, especially for stand-up performances, which saw a remarkable 20% improvement. Sold-out events were observed in X% of the organized events.
